You can now choose to make a phone appointment with your personal stylist (1).
We genuinely believe this is the ultimate way to share all your wishes and have a lovely discussion with them. So go on, let's book that phone appointment and get ready for some amazing style discoveries!
Additionally, there's a feature that allows you to request a preview of your selection by email (2).
Once you receive the preview, you can rate the selection, give some feedback to your stylist, and of course, feel free to share any additional wishes you might have.

Before finalizing your order, you have another chance to let us know about any particular requests or preferences you may have.
Do you currently use our autopilot feature?
It's an awesome tool that allows you to automatically receive a box during the time periods you specify.
A few weeks before the compilation, we'll send you an email and ask for your preferences.
All you have to do is click the blue button in the email and voila - Your wishes will be fulfilled.
Of course, you will receive another reminder, and you'll have the opportunity to provide us with feedback once again.
