Check the status of your order at any time in your customer account.

Just log in, then go to "My orders".

You will see at a glance in which processing stage your box is, for example whether it has been “Shipped”:

The carrier has successfully delivered your box. 

Please note:

If you did not receive the box in person, it is also possible that the delivery was made to a neighbour, a drop-off location or a post office nearby. 

Please check your mailbox or email. You should find a notification here.

Our tip:

In our shipping confirmation, which you have received, you will find a link to track your box. Anyway, you will receive more detailed information about the delivery. 


We have received your return.

Shortly you will receive a mail with the credit note for the invoice. Here we will also inform you about the final invoice amount to be paid.
