In the first step, please let us know which articles you want to return, and provide your stylist with valuable feedback about the selection.
You do this by logging onto your OUTFITTERY account and going to "My Orders".
There you open the order and then click on Online return to let us know what you think in a few easy clicks. You can also go directly to online return, by scanning the QR code on the order summary with your phone.
Please note that all articles returned to us must be unworn, unwashed, and have the original labels attached. Though you can’t actually use the items before returning them, you may of course try the garments on, and you shouldn’t be nervous about it!
Use the box the items arrived in for the return shipment. If the box arrived so damaged that it cannot be used again, you can use any clean, sturdy, appropriately sized box you may have at hand. Please take care to seal such a box securely with tape.
Place the items to be returned back into the box.
Once you are ready to send the box away, please seal it carefully.
Use the return address label that you received with the box only*. Please contact customer service if you need a new label or didn’t receive one. Place the sticker securely on the outside of the box. Please make sure that the label for delivery to your address is either covered or crossed over.
Bring the box to your preferred (carrier) service point.
The box should be scanned for shipment at the service point and it is important that you request a receipt for the return. Keep the receipt until we have confirmed the arrival of the box. Normally, you should receive this confirmation via email within seven days of returning the box. Please contact customer service if you wait for the email for longer than this.
*It is important to note that we do not take any responsibility for boxes returned through a carrier other than the stipulated one, and shipped with an address label issued by OUTFITTERY, to an address other than the one on the pre-printed label. The label entitles you to return shipment free of charge, please do not accept requests to pay for the return shipment.
