We offer the following payment methods: bank transfer, payment by credit card, invoice and PayPal.

If you have chosen to pay by invoice, please transfer payment for the kept items within 14 days of receiving your box. You can find the bank details for payment transfer on your invoice and credit note. Payment by invoice is only available if the results of the credit check ran by OUTFITTERY are positive.

Credit Card
If you choose to pay by credit card, you are in principal obligated to accept responsibility for the security of the goods shipped. Your credit card will only be charged when you have decided which items you wish to keep. You have 7 days after arrival of your OUTFITTERY box to try items on and send unwanted items back to us. We will charge the open amount to your card after this period.

Advance Payment
Based on the results of the credit check, OUTFITTERY may request an advance payment. Your box will be packed according to your style and wishes, as soon as we have received your advance payment. You can choose to pay the deposit by credit card or PayPal. You will receive an invoice for the items included in your box via email. You have 7 days to try on the outfits and send back any unwanted items. Any difference in the final billing amount will be charged or refunded after the return period.

OUTFITTERY also offers the option to pay your invoice or advance payment via PayPal. Simply choose the payment method “PayPal” while creating your order. You will be automatically redirected to a new window, where you can enter your PayPal account details and confirm payment. If you do not yet have a PayPal account, you can register as a guest or create a PayPal account before carrying out payment.

Please note: OUTFITTERY reserves the right to only offer specific payment methods for individual orders. An advance payment (security deposit) may be required for some orders. This will be determined automatically after setting up your online profile.
