Though a rare occurrence, it may be that your stylist forgot to pack an item into your OUTFITTERY box. If an item which appears on the delivery note and invoice is missing from your box, please let us know as soon as you as possible after you receive the box. Just write us an e-mail to service@outfittery.com or use our contact form and let us know which item is missing.

If you expected to see a particular item in your box which isn't there or on your invoice, then maybe the item wasn't in stock. Don't hesitate to get in touch with your stylist to discuss other options.
